Lose Belly Far Project Days 4,5, and 6
Hi guys, it's been a while. I haven't posted for day 4 and 5 simple because i didn't do much. Although I am maintaining a low carbs diet and will be doing so every weekends. I recently started going to the gym together with my brother and a childhood friend.
Lose Belly Fat Project Day 4
On day 4 of the lose belly fat project was a bit off. As usual I only ate 2 meals the whole day and did a light exercise. I am not very productive on this day. I had many errands though and it was alright. My brother and friends talked about getting on the gym on Monday which we all had planned that day.
So mostly day 4 for me is a bit of a slacker and could say that I used this time to do a light exercise and planning. Needed to do some things for my work and nothing fancy.
Lose Belly Fat Project Day 5
This is actually a rest day for me, but was motivated to at least continue to lessen my meals per day. It seems that I actually getting used to having a 2 meals per day which is Lunch and Dinner.
I read that it is important to have a rest day once in a week to stay healthy and strong for another week. I used the rest day to research since we will be going to a gym by Monday.
Lose Belly Fat Project Day 6
So we all decided (my brother and friends) to go to a gym at 8am. I over slept due to preparations. We came late because of me haha we arrived at the gym at 8:30 Am and started the workout till 9:45am so it's an hour and a quarter intense workout for me.
I stretched for 5 minutes and began my cardio a 30 minutes intense stationary cycling. I pedaled 30 seconds doing it as fast as i could then 60 seconds of pedaling slowly this occurred for 30 minutes and resting 30 seconds every 10 minutes. It was a good feeling as I sweat a lot after doing the bike i rested for 5 minutes as my leg was feeling stiff because of the intense biking.
After I rested I went to the next gym equipment doing my shoulder and back. I went with 30 lbs doing 10-15 repetition for 3 sets. It took me about 15 minutes to do this as I was using my time to relax and to get used to it.
Then I did some dumbbells with 10 lbs each. Lying on a bench to do my chest. I did 10-15 rep for 3 sets. Again I used my time to relax my body and get familiar with it. All in all it was really great experience.
So tomorrow, we will be back at the gym again and following the program that I have read on the internet that could help me lose weight at least 2 lbs a week. But i guess I'll be losing more than 2 lbs because I am also lessening my food intake.
I am not an expert but I know my body well, I read that it is not really ideal to jump on this kind of program immediately but I am comfortable doing it and my body can handle it. So to those who are reading this, it is much better if you ask your physician first before jumping and injuring yourself.
Lose belly fat project day 6 meals
For my meal, before going to the gym I ate a small cup noodle just to give me strength to go through the intense workout. As i have read it's better to ear first before going to the gym than going to a gym without eating anything.
For my lunch and dinner I ate a cup of veggies and a cup of rice. Looking at the calorie counter the cup of veggie gives 206 calories while the cup of rice gave me 202 calories. So doing the math I have taken at least a 1000 calories for the day. I also drank a lot of water to re hydrate my self.
Anyways that's all about it. We'll head back to the gym tomorrow and one thing for sure is I am enjoying the gym all my anxieties and bad impression were gone.
