Hi guys, I haven't posted in a while since I'm currently busy in my affiliate marketing business. Despite on being busy I'm still on my 11th day on my fitness journey and I want to show you guys the progress

The above photo was a before and afer I started my lose belly fat project journey. It's been 11 days since I start. I know that it is still a long road to my journey but seeing the progress and changes I am pumped up and kept motivated.

I'll share what I did to lose 10 lbs in just 10 days. If you want to know everything like the food I eat, the program I am doing just let me know and I'll be glad to share them with you just email me theflightpod@gmail.com.

I am not a fitness trainer or a professional nutritionist, what I did since the start is based on my own self research. Before applying the program I am doing it is best to ask your doctor first. There's a saying "If you want to change something, start now as later becomes never".

Lose Belly Fat Project Day 10

Hi guys, how was your day so far? I'm currently on my 10th day of my journey on losing weight and my  4th day at the gym. I added new things to do at the gym and now aside from cardio I am now focusing on buulding strenght as advice of some of the people at the gym.



Losing this stubborn belly fat is really hard even though I'm putting a lot of effort in cardio and dieting. I am still going strong and maintaining a 1000 calories a day and I feel natural now on eating a cup of rice and a cup of meat or veggies on my lunch and dinner.

Even though I already lost 10 lbs since I start I still feel that I really need to work much harder than before. It's very nice that I am already famillar with the people at the gym and making new friends on some as this had helped me to feel much comfortable at the gym (no more anxiety).

Improving program to lose weight


At the moment I am searching for a new suitable program that i could add on my workout session. I am planning to add at least 3 intense workout for the following week. This would probabbly help me lose weight faster and hopefully could see some form in my body soon:

I am already entering the 170+ lbs weight and according to myfitnesspal app, if I continue what I am doing my weight can drop to 160 lbs in the next 5 weeks.

Lose Belly Fat Project Day 8 and 9

Hi guys, it's been a while. How are your day? This article is super special for me, I am excited to share my progress for the lose belly fat project (grinning). Below will contain the progress of my journey and this will cover the day 8 and 9 of my journey to losing weight and being fit and healthy.



Lose Belly Fat Project Day 8


On the day 8 of my weight loss journey which is Wednesday October 5, 2016. I purely rested for the whole day. I attended the teacher's day program in my daughter's school. I simply took the chance to rest my body as my lower back and muscles are in pain because of the intense workout I did on the gym last Tuesday.

Even though I am resting I still did few situps 10 rep for 3 sets, V crunches 10 rep 3 sets, and a couple od stretching to at least sweat. I also took this chance to eat a lot of vegies and meat, I guess to recuperate from the intense workout and lessen the pain on my muscle.

I still maintain a low carb diet which I am now comfortable as I am doing this for 8 days now. The total calories I hd taken for day 8 was 1,108 which is still lower than the myfitnesspal app is recommending. Anyways, all in all this was a great rest day for me.

Lose Belly Fat Project Day 9


Yesterday I did some grocery and was more into a healthy eating. I bought brown eggs, crackers with low carbs low-fat milk with high calcium necessities. I took the chance to ask my wife to prepare me 2 brown eggs (scrambled), 1 glass of low-fat milk, and 2 breads for breakfast which is enough for a protein breakfast and can give me enough energy till lunch and for another intense workout.

Day 9 is also my Day 3 in the gym. What I did today was doing an intense cardio workout. I did rode the stationary bike and maintain an intense pedalling for the whole 40 minutes. I felt really grear I focused my day for cardio and a little of 50 lbs leg, back, and chest machine 15 reps for 4 sets. Aside from that I also did a 5 minutes of boxing in the heavy bag.

I was too excited and can't stand still as I was shocked on the 10 lbs I lost for the last 9 Days 😂


What made this day very special was I lost 10 lbs since I started my journey just in 9 days. I went to the weighing scale already hydrated and when I check I was already weighing 180 lbs as you all know I started my journey at 190 lbs. I am really happy and fired up. I can't wait for tomorrow he he he.

So this is my update for the lose belly far project. I'm on my day 7 of my journey to being fit and healthy and my second day to the gym.

I am really greatful for the support of my friends and family and also to some of you who's sending me emails of encouragement. I really appreciate it, it drives me to go on further.

So today was a really great progress. I did jog for a few minutes and head to the gym with my brother. I did an intense cardio exercise for 40 minutes doing 30 seconds fast pedaling and 60 seconds of slow phase pedaling. I did it for the whole 40 minutes and according to the stationary bike equipment I burn 660 calories for doing that.

Aside from cardio I focused on strength exercise using dumbbells with a combined weight of 30 lbs (15 lbs on each hand). I did use a kettlebell with 15 lbs doing 10 rep for 4 sets. I also used a shoulder press having a 50 lbs weight with 10 rep for 4 sets.

It was a real good feeling although my bidy hurts at the moment but as what other said "no pain no gain". I am much comfortable right now, I may become s gym rat in the future. I really feel that my body is changing together with lessening my food intake.

I really hope that i could achieve my goal in less than a year or at least a year. Self-improvement is one of life goals and being fit and healthy is one of them.

Lose Belly Fat Project Day 7 Meals

For today's meal I had a cup noodles and fortified low fat chocolate milk for breakfast. A cup of tinolang manok and a cup of rice for lunch and dinner. I had 3 pandesal and a milo energy drink 200 ml for my snack. It's a total of  1107 calories according to myfitnesspal app that I downloaded for my iphone.



Again, I am still consuming less food than before. I know that this is not ideal as the recommended calorie intake for men should be at lease 1200 - 1500 according to National Institute of Health but as I have said I know my body well and since I am targeting a less than a year to meet my goals I really need to lessen my food intake and do healthy exercise.

As long as I am not overdoing it and eating healthy food I think that everything will be okay. In the next few weeks I'll be trying to go vegan or at least pure meat and no rice diet.

So that's a bout it for today. I lose 1 lbs already on my second day in the gym. I am really proud of my self for doing this with the combine fitness program that I am doing (vigorous exercise and strengthening) plus the diet I am already lossing weight.

Hi guys, it's been a while. I haven't posted for day 4 and 5 simple because i didn't do much. Although I am maintaining a low carbs diet and will be doing so every weekends. I recently started going to the gym together with my brother and a childhood friend.

On day 4 of the lose belly fat project was a bit off. As usual I only ate 2 meals the whole day and did a light exercise. I am not very productive on this day. I had many errands though and it was alright. My brother and friends talked about getting on the gym on Monday which we all had planned that day.

So mostly day 4 for me is a bit of a slacker and could say that I used this time to do a light exercise and planning. Needed to do some things for my work and nothing fancy.

This is actually a rest day for me, but was motivated to at least continue to lessen my meals per day. It seems that I actually getting used to having a 2 meals per day which is Lunch and Dinner.

I read that it is important to have a rest day once in a week to stay healthy and strong for another week. I used the rest day to research since we will be going to a gym by Monday.




Lose Belly Fat Project Day 6


So we all decided (my brother and friends) to go to a gym at 8am. I over slept due to preparations. We came late because of me haha we arrived at the gym at 8:30 Am and started the workout till 9:45am so it's an hour and a quarter intense workout for me.

I stretched for 5 minutes and began my cardio a 30 minutes intense stationary cycling. I pedaled 30 seconds doing it as fast as i could then 60 seconds of pedaling slowly this occurred for 30 minutes and resting 30 seconds every 10 minutes. It was a good feeling as I sweat a lot after doing the bike i rested for 5 minutes as my leg was feeling stiff because of the intense biking.

After I rested I went to the next gym equipment doing my shoulder and back. I went with 30 lbs doing 10-15 repetition for 3 sets. It took me about 15 minutes to do this as I was using my time to relax and to get used to it.

Then I did some dumbbells with 10 lbs each. Lying on a bench to do my chest. I did 10-15 rep for 3 sets. Again I used my time to relax my body and get familiar with it. All in all it was really great experience.

So tomorrow, we will be back at the gym again and following the program that I have read on the internet that could help me lose weight at least 2 lbs a week. But i guess I'll be losing more than 2 lbs because I am also lessening my food intake.

I am not an expert but I know my body well, I read that it is not really ideal to jump on this kind of program immediately but I am comfortable doing it and my body can handle it. So to those who are reading this, it is much better if you ask your physician first before jumping and injuring yourself.

Lose belly fat project day 6 meals


For my meal, before going to the gym I ate a small cup noodle just to give me strength to go through the intense workout. As i have read it's better to ear first before going to the gym than going to a gym without eating anything.



For my lunch and dinner I ate a cup of veggies and a cup of rice. Looking at the calorie counter the cup of veggie gives 206 calories while the cup of rice gave me 202 calories. So doing the math I have taken at least a 1000 calories for the day. I also drank a lot of water to re hydrate my self.

Anyways that's all about it. We'll head back to the gym tomorrow and one thing for sure is I am enjoying the gym all my anxieties and bad impression were gone.

Lose Belly Fat Project Day 3

Hi guys, how are you doing? I guess what others are saying is true. It is rrally hard to lose weight for persons who are just starting and at the moment I am struggling and experiencing my first wothdrawal syndrome haha.

I am fully temted to eat a lot but I am struggling and motivating my self that I really need to work out and eat less which is so far I can still handle the temptation.





Day 3 of the Lose Belly Fat Project: Losing weight program

So here are the things that I did for Day 3 for the lose belly fat project as I really want to lose weight and acheive my goals to have a fit and healthy body in a year or less than a year.

Morning Exercise to Lose weight

I did run for a few minutes, but I guess it's not enough. I get tired so easily, I felt that I'll be out of oxygen after running 1km. I wanted to push my self harder but I read that it's not really advisable especially if you are just starting up and on a diet. Once I am comfortable with the diet and I have already adjusted on it, that's the time I'll be pushing my self hard. For tomorrow I'll try to run at least 1.5km increasing it gradually day by day.

Aside from running, I've stumbled upon a 5 minute workout even if you're just at home. It felt easier and harder than running at the same time. But man, It was the great sweaty feeling that I felt since I lived hahaha.

I did 30 seconds squats (10 rep), 30 seconds lunges (10 rep), 30 seconds jumping jack and a 30 seconds planking for the whole 5 minutes. My legs are currently weak at the moment, but I am very possitive that this will help me on my journey and will definitely do this again as I had fun :)

I am considering to but a thread mill so even if I don't go out, I could still run. For the persons reading this blog and don't know the Philippine streets are dangerous on the morning especially 4am to 5am.

My Meals to Lose Weight

I had bruch again with a cup of rice and pork sisig and drank at least 4 full glasses of water. I was really tempted to had another round of rice but thankfully my cravings weren't that great for it hehe.

For dinner we ordered a cup of rice, a buttered chicken, a cup of vegies and a cup of nido soup. It's a heavy meal but I guess on somepoint I need one but still need moderation for it. It is the above photo of what I have ate, compared to before I can eat at least 3 cups of rice and can eat a platefull of chicken and 4 cups of nido soup in one seating.

I still need to motivate myself more as I am always tempted to the food I see when I go out. But everything is going okay. I might buy a threadmill by next week and will try to jog more indoors that outside it is much safer.

Lose Belly Fat Project Day 2

Well, Today was something! It was my first time eating only 2 meals for the whole day. I had brunch (burger steak and a cup of rice) and dinner (cup of rice and a piece of chicken). Although it is still consider as a junk food as I ate at Jollibee and McDonalds.

I treated my daughter today at Kidzania located at BGC taguig as a post birthday celebration for her. I know that this isn't consider as a true exercise but all I did there was walk and follow my wife and daughter for almost 5 hours. I look like a crazy man walking and walking around the venue hahaha, I walked for almost three hours in total but then again it is a good start for me at least.

I'm planning to buy a weighing scale so I could track my weight and to know if what I am doing is working for the lose belly fat project.




The Lose Belly Fat Project Day 2 Conclusion

So all in all I had reduced my food intake from 3 meals having 2 cups of rice per meal to a 2 meal per day with a cup of rice each. I also walked for a total of three hours. My leg hurts but i think it is worth it. 

For tomorrow, I'll start to jog in the morning. I bought a running shoes and will start at 4 am to 6 -' and hopefully this could contribute on strengthening my cardio for future heavy excercises. The Lose Belly Fat Project

After a day coming back from Singapore I started to asses everything. Here's my current photo as of September 28, 2016.

Well I still haven't have any plan as of yet, but this will be a good start than none right? So again my target is 105 lbs in a year or less than a year. I still don't know how I can achieve it, I'm still reading some tips on how to do it and maybe I'll try to enroll myself on a gym class.


My Things to do to lose belly fat in 1 year

Here are the things I am considering and maybe the essential in order to achieve my goal. If you guys have any suggestions or recommendation please do email me at theflightpod@gmail.com, anyways here's the list of things to do that I am considering as of the moment.

- Lessen my carb intake
- Light exercises
- Lessen my food intake (I'll try to eat twice a day starting tomorrow to morning and night)
- I'll be researching for an exercise program to increase cardio
