Well, Today was something! It was my first time eating only 2 meals for the whole day. I had brunch (burger steak and a cup of rice) and dinner (cup of rice and a piece of chicken). Although it is still consider as a junk food as I ate at Jollibee and McDonalds.

I treated my daughter today at Kidzania located at BGC taguig as a post birthday celebration for her. I know that this isn't consider as a true exercise but all I did there was walk and follow my wife and daughter for almost 5 hours. I look like a crazy man walking and walking around the venue hahaha, I walked for almost three hours in total but then again it is a good start for me at least.

I'm planning to buy a weighing scale so I could track my weight and to know if what I am doing is working for the lose belly fat project.




The Lose Belly Fat Project Day 2 Conclusion

So all in all I had reduced my food intake from 3 meals having 2 cups of rice per meal to a 2 meal per day with a cup of rice each. I also walked for a total of three hours. My leg hurts but i think it is worth it. 

For tomorrow, I'll start to jog in the morning. I bought a running shoes and will start at 4 am to 6 -' and hopefully this could contribute on strengthening my cardio for future heavy excercises. Any tips for a beginner? If you have suggestions or recommendation, please do write it in the comment section below. Thanks in advance.
