Lose Belly Fat Project A Week's Progress
Hi guys, I haven't posted in a while since I'm currently busy in my affiliate marketing business. Despite on being busy I'm still on my 11th day on my fitness journey and I want to show you guys the progressThe above photo was a before and afer I started my lose belly fat project journey. It's been 11 days since I start. I know that it is still a long road to my journey but seeing the progress and changes I am pumped up and kept motivated.

I am not a fitness trainer or a professional nutritionist, what I did since the start is based on my own self research. Before applying the program I am doing it is best to ask your doctor first. There's a saying "If you want to change something, start now as later becomes never".
